All of us already knew that

2014

It has been a very challenging year for all of us. There are too much things happened. Some might be okay with it and some are not. Or even we could only wish for these to never happen at all.  The only thing that we might be able to do as for now is choosing our responses. There are always bunch of options. We can choose either to play the victim cards blaming each other, grieving all the time or moving forward.

‘Try to put yourself in my shoes, then you’ll know, how hard it was! “

Dear brothers and sisters,

‘Allah does not change a soul (with that within) its capacity. It will have (the consequences of) what good it has gained, and it will bear (the consequences of) what (evil) he has earned ……..”

Al Baqarah : 286

This verse clearly emphasized that He will not put something (tests) that is beyond our capacities. He is the “All-Knowing “. Everything happens always with a reason and He knows best. We already claimed that He is the Creator. He created us from the depth of nothingness to something. Try to imagine yourself as an inventor. You invented a very powerful robot or machine which has been satisfactorily accomplished all the tasks that we as mere human being incapable to do.

However, there are flaws. Logically, only you know the flaws because you are the inventor. Don’t you know that , this makes Allah knows every single thing about us. Of course! He is the Creator. By every single thing I mean is, every component in blood that runs in our veins and even micro than that!

After all the things that happened, how could we possibly willing to throw blaming cards to each other? Unwanted to accept the reality. We become extremely mad and angry. We turn mad for the way that life has treated us. We get angry because we lost everything that we dear most.

I know it is hard. Very hard. All of those unpleasant feelings, we want to throw them away into a burning flame. Incinerate them. Make them disappear, without any traces.

However, we can make differences. A choice to make things better. Though it means that we have to sacrifice everything. All of the struggling, will never be left forgotten. Our Lord will repays all of our efforts, the hard works and sacrifices that we willing to offer.

You know this worldly life is just temporary. All of us already knew that. We just want to be reminded. We may feel dissatisfied with this life. Like it is so unfair. Why it has to be me? Why don’t he or she? Or you? We questioned everything and we may or may not get the answers.

Knowing how fragile human is, Allah has offered a place where such injustice are not found. You will not hear such vulgar words around. It is very peaceful and the most crucial is, it is PERMANENT.

“Indeed, the righteous will be within gardens and springs. (Having been told), enter it in peace, safe and secure. And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, so they will be brothers, on thrones facing each other. No fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they ever be removed”

Al Hijr 45-48

You are not alone in this battle. Everyone is fighting. Don’t be selfish. People are struggling. Things that you find difficult, might be easy on others. However, we have the difficult part that we have to deal with. Connection. Learn how to improve your relationship to others and eventually to the most Loving and Merciful Lord, Allah SWT. I wish us the best of luck and never give up. May Allah guides us now and after.
