Media skills course demonstrates how to deal with western media
LEICESTER, 30 Nov – A highly successful media skills training organized by Muslim Britain Association closed its curtain last week.The course focused on giving participants practical experience in handling media interviews about issues revolving around Islam and Muslim in the UK. Controversial topics featured by the course including apostasy, homosexuality, and gender inequality served as an eye-opener for the participants.
The course was attended by Muslim professionals, some of whom travelled from Holland and Dublin as well as having Muslims from multiple nationalities including Palestine and Iran. Seeing this course as an exceptional opportunity to expand itself, ISMA Eropah sent two of its members to attend this course.
“Putting resources on the embetterment of its media really shows that ISMA Eropah strives to move forward as a brand”, says Azri, ISMA Eropah representative.
